RESERVATION & RENTAL POLICIES
If you would like to book a reservation:

	Email: Moo Cow Cabins with the desired dates (check-in / check-out), and state which cabin you are interested in, or call (361) 573-0454.
	You must be 21 years old to register
	A contract will be emailed or faxed to you
	Submit a Security Deposit of first night’s rate and return within 5 business days
	Or, you may make the deposit with a Major Credit Card to confirm your reservation.
	A reservation is not a guarantee until a deposit has been received.
	Reservations must be paid in FULL 30 days prior to your check-in date. If full payment has not been received 30 days prior, your reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will become non-refundable.
	Reservations made less than 30 days in advance will be guaranteed only after receipt of the full payment with a Cashier’s Check, Postal Money Order, or Major Credit Card. (Not Discover)
	A 10% Lodging Tax is added in addition to our rental fee
	A two night minimum stay is required for non-holiday weekends, and three night minimum stay for holidays.

CANCELLATION POLICY

	There is a 20% charge for cancellations made more than one month before the reservation date. There are no refunds for cancellations within 30 days of the reservation date.
	Use of facilities is limited to paying guests only.
	There are no weather or river guarantees.
	A $55.00 Surcharge per person per night will apply if the number of guest exceeds the cabin capacity.
