FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

What is check-in time?

 Check-in time is at 4:00PM. Early check-in before 4:00PM is subject to pending occupancy and housekeeping schedule.         There is no guarantee for early check-in.

 

What is check-out time?

Check-out time is at 11:00 am. Late check-out is subject to prior occupancy. Housekeeping must have adequate time to  prepare the property for the next guests.

 

What is the Wi-Fi code?

Wi-Fi code is located on the Refrigerator.

 

What is the address to your property?

The address is sent to you via your email confirmation. Click on "Contact Us" to view a map layout on our webpage. 

 

Are linens & towels provided?

We provide premium high end linens for all beds and indoor towels for all guests. We provide comforters, pillows & protectors for all beds. We also provide kitchen towels, soaps & start up of paper products, as well as hotel sized amenities.

 

How do I cancel/reschedule my reservation?

Contact us via email at least 15 days prior to arrival. There is a $50 cancellation fee and a $25 rescheduling fee if dates are available. 14 days or less to your arrival there is no cancellation or refund available, unless you have purchased travel insurance and your situation is covered by their policies.

 

Are pets allowed?

No, we do not allow pets on the premises.

 

Do you offer Monthly Rentals?

We do offer Monthly Rentals on some of our properties. Please contact us via e-mail or phone to discuss availability and pricing. Monthly Rentals are not available in the Summer. 

 

Is there a Barbeque Grill at the property?

Yes, we have charcoal BBQ pits at all our properties. 

 

How far is the nearest airport?

San Antonio is a 30 minute drive and Austin is about a 45 minute drive.
