What is check-in time?

 Check-in time is at 4:00PM. Early check-in before 4:00PM is subject to pending occupancy and housekeeping schedule.         There is no guarantee for early check-in.


What is check-out time?

Check-out time is at 11:00 am. Late check-out is subject to prior occupancy. Housekeeping must have adequate time to  prepare the property for the next guests.


How do I pay my balance?

Your balance is payable by chashier's check or money order. 


What is the Wi-Fi code?

Wi-Fi code is located on the Refrigerator.


What is the address to your property?

The address is sent to you via your email confirmation with directions. Click on "Contact Us" to view a map layout on our webpage. 


Are linens & towels provided?

You will need to bring your personal sheets and towels. We provide comforters, pillows & protectors for all beds. We also provide kitchen towels, soaps & start up of paper products. 


How do I cancel/reschedule my reservation?

Please refer to the rental policy.


Are pets allowed?

No, we do not allow pets on the premises.


Do you offer Monthly Rentals?

We do offer Monthly Rentals on some of our properties. Please contact us via e-mail or phone to discuss availability and pricing. Monthly Rentals are not available in the Summer. 


Is there a Barbeque Grill at the property?

Yes, we have BBQ pits at all our properties. 


How far is the nearest airport?

San Antonio is a 30 minute drive and Austin is about a 45 minute drive.
