RESERVATION & RENTAL POLICIES

You must be 25 years old to make a reservation and must be staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.

 

You will receive our rental contract via email to be filled out electronically.

 

When you book, 25% of the total is processed at that time. The remaining balance is automatically processed 14 days prior to arrival. We do not take a separate damage deposit. The contract states "if you break it, you bought it!" and the damage will be processed on the credit card on file.

 

A 10% Lodging Tax is added in addition to our rental fee

 

A 2/3 night minimum stay is required for non-holiday weekends, and three night minimum stay for holidays.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Cancellations must be made via email at least 15 days prior to arrival to cancel with a $50 cancellation fee. No cancellations or refunds given if it is less than 14 days to your arrival.

 

Occupancy limits are posted on our web site and confirmed at time of reservation. If guest exceeds the occupancy limits agreed upon at the time of the reservation, the guest will be asked to leave without a refund. At no time during your stay can you exceed the maximum occupancy limit.

Loud music or parties outside of the property after 10 PM is prohibited. Please respect your neighbors as you would in your own neighborhood. Violations of this rule could result in immediate eviction.

 

There are no weather or river guarantees.

NO SMOKING allowed inside cabins

NO CANDLES, FIREWORKS, CONFETTI OR GLITTER. Immediate eviction and additional cleaning fees may apply.
